Roof Replacement – Sunbury

Roger & Lois had lived in this beautiful house opposite Kempton Park race Course all of their married lives. Rodger recognised that the original tiled roof was at an age where persistent repair was becoming an all to regular occurrence/ expense and was keen to replace to solve the issues for the long term. Lois was a little unsure how she felt about such a big disturbance/ project and being locked in with the ugly scaffolding surrounding the property and I believe it took Roger some convincing and reassurance from me that we would undertake the work in a sensible manner, clearing up after ourselves and keeping the disturbance to an absolute minimum.

For me the biggest compliment and sign that we achieved our targets was not only delivering this stunning new tiled roof but that Lois was sad to see us go, was completely convinced that they had made the correct decision and had grown used to us being there!

Dean and Surrey Roofing Service did a fantastic job, totally renewing on our quite large roof. Discussions before the job were comprehensive and helpful. There were no last minute surprises, and the original quote worked out without any extras. All the work was carried out with great care and attention to detail, and we were kept fully informed all the time. The team cleared up thoroughly every night before leaving, and were a pleasure to have around.
