This was a project that we all enjoyed very much it is always highly satisfying to see the transformation that Velux roof windows give. What is also very rewarding is then when a customer buys into your vision and advise – this is not always the case as my visions, the Velux potential and the customers budget are not always in line!

We recently had large Velux Balcony Windows installed in our house. Dean came to the house and diligently worked with us on the design. He gave us loads of ideas and talked, in detail, through each of the options. Dean would turn up on time and be very patient as we considered each option in detail. Allowing us to really think through what we wanted without pressure. The quote we saw after 2 or 3 sessions was detailed and easy to understand. In addition to the windows we asked that they replace a flat roof and put roof lights into the flat roof for extra light into the house along with replacing the fascia, soffit and guttering. Also, they repaired an outdoor room, which had been leaking for some time.

A date was set for the work and the window kits were ordered. The team turned up on time and couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything went smoothly. They were patient to our questions and worked hard to complete the job in the time they stated. They were polite and tidy – making sure the site was kept clean and they limited any disruption to our day-to-day activity. They couldn’t do enough to help and were happy to do a couple of extra tasks, and charged reasonable extras for these additional tasks.

They completed on time and in budget – the finished job was perfect – it was exactly as specified, and we were very happy with the result.
